Our Discreet Packaging Promise
- Plain, unmarked packaging: All orders are shipped in a plain brown or white box/mailer with no logos, brand names, or product descriptions on the exterior
- Neutral sender name: The return address displays a neutral business name — not “Maison Velvetia” or any reference to intimate products
- No product descriptions: Courier waybills list the contents as “Health & Wellness Product” or “Personal Care Item”
- Sealed and secure: All packages are securely sealed and tamper-evident
- No promotional materials: We do not include flyers, catalogues, or branded materials inside the package that could reveal the nature of the contents

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your courier tracking number. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website or app.
Common Questions
Will the courier know what’s inside my package? No. The package exterior and waybill contain no reference to intimate products. The contents are listed generically as “Personal Care Item.”
Can I have my order delivered to a pickup point instead of my home? Yes, depending on the courier, you may be able to redirect your package to a nearby pickup point or locker. Please contact us after placing your order if you’d like to arrange this.
What if I’m not home during delivery? The courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave the package at a safe location. You can also arrange a preferred delivery time through the courier’s tracking system.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. International shipping may be available in the future.
