Is it legal to buy adult toys in Malaysia?
In Malaysia, it is legal to purchase intimate wellness products for personal use.
All of our products are sold and shipped under the category of health products/massage equipment.
How is my package delivered?
All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand logos or product descriptions on the outside.
The shipping label will list the contents as “Health & Wellness Product.”
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, FPX online bank transfers,
GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, and more.
How long does delivery take?
Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 3–5 business days
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days.
Are your products body-safe?
We only sell products made from safe materials such as super-grade silicone and ABS plastic.
All products have passed the relevant safety certifications.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number,
which allows you to track the location of your package in real time.
