Is shipping really discreet?
Yes — every order ships in a plain brown box with no brand markings, no Maison Velvetia logo, and no itemised invoice on the outside. The sender name reads as a generic personal-care company. Inside, products are individually wrapped. Read more on our

How long does delivery take in Malaysia?
West Malaysia: 1-3 business days via J&T or DHL. East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak): 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders MYR 150+. We dispatch Monday-Saturday from KL warehouse.
What's your return & exchange policy?
Hygiene-related personal wellness products cannot be returned once opened, in line with Malaysian PDPA & consumer health regulations. Unopened items in original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days. Defective products are replaced free of charge. Email

Are your products body-safe certified?
Every product we carry is verified for body-safe materials — medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, or stainless steel — with ISO 10993, CE, or RoHS certification on file. We don't carry porous or jelly materials.
